Requirements: - Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role is preferred. - Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal. - Familiarity with property market and current real estate trends is essential. - Ability to work independently and manage one's own schedule proactively. - Proficient in using CRM software, MLS databases, and Microsoft Office suite. - High degree of professionalism and ethical standards in all client interactions.
