Role Overview : We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Site Engineer to oversee the on-ground execution of EV charging infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring timely execution of civil and electrical works, coordinating with vendors, and obtaining necessary local approvals for project rollout. Key Responsibilities : Supervise day-to-day construction and installation activities of EV charging stations including civil, electrical, and structural components. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely progress and quality compliance. Track project schedules, provide regular site updates, and flag delays or risks proactively. Ensure compliance with safety norms and project specifications during site execution. Liaise with local authorities and departments (electricity board, municipal bodies, etc.) for obtaining permissions, NOCs, and utility connections. Conduct site feasibility assessments and ensure readiness before project mobilization. Assist in material verification, inventory checks, and handling site-level documentation. Key Responsibilities Market Scouting & Site Identification Identify high-potential sites for EV charging stations across highways, urban hubs, and fleet corridors. Build a pipeline of prospective land parcels through local contacts, brokers, and real estate networks. Feasibility Analysis Assess land suitability based on location, traffic flow, access, grid connectivity, and regulatory considerations. Coordinate with internal teams (design, engineering, strategy) to validate site feasibility. Landowner Engagement & Negotiation Meet and engage with landowners, brokers, and local authorities. Negotiate lease/purchase agreements ensuring commercial viability and alignment with Mana’s expansion strategy. Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in EV charging infrastructure to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior exposure to designing, installing, and maintaining EV charging stations, preferably with leading operators like Jio-bp Pulse, Charge Zone, Tata Power EV, or similar. This individual will play a critical role in defining site-level electrical requirements, optimizing configurations, and ensuring seamless execution of projects. Key Responsibilities Site Assessment & Electrical Design Conduct feasibility studies for upcoming charging sites. Define transformer, panel, cabling, and load requirements for different charger configurations (240 kW / 360 kW DC fast chargers). Develop single-line diagrams (SLDs) and ensure electrical layouts comply with safety and regulatory standards. Vendor & Equipment Coordination Work with equipment vendors (transformers, panels, chargers, cables, etc.) to finalize specifications. Validate Bill of Materials (BOM) shared by vendors to ensure accuracy and completeness. Review and approve equipment installation methods, ensuring compatibility with civil and canopy works. Execution & Commissioning Supervise on-ground electrical installations, testing, and commissioning of chargers. Ensure safe and efficient power distribution at sites, including HT/LT panels, transformer foundations, cabling, and earthing. Coordinate with DISCOMs and government authorities for load sanction and electrical approvals. Operations & Maintenance Support preventive and corrective maintenance of EVSE equipment. Desired Candidate Profile Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent). Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HT/LT systems, transformer sizing, load calculations, and SLD preparation. Familiarity with DC fast chargers, switchgear, panels, cabling, and safety protocols. Hands-on experience with commissioning EV chargers and electrical panels.
