Role Overview : We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Site Engineer to oversee the on-ground execution of EV charging infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring timely execution of civil and electrical works, coordinating with vendors, and obtaining necessary local approvals for project rollout. Key Responsibilities : Supervise day-to-day construction and installation activities of EV charging stations including civil, electrical, and structural components. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely progress and quality compliance. Track project schedules, provide regular site updates, and flag delays or risks proactively. Ensure compliance with safety norms and project specifications during site execution. Liaise with local authorities and departments (electricity board, municipal bodies, etc.) for obtaining permissions, NOCs, and utility connections. Conduct site feasibility assessments and ensure readiness before project mobilization. Assist in material verification, inventory checks, and handling site-level documentation. Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports and submit them to the project manager. Troubleshoot on-ground issues and escalate critical matters for timely resolution.
