Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Lead specializing in ReactJS to drive the development of robust, scalable web applications. This role involves managing multiple teams/projects, mentoring developers, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Management:
• Lead and mentor multiple frontend development teams (2-3 teams/projects).
• Foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the team.
• Conduct regular code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure high standards.
• Project Management:
• Oversee the execution of multiple projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Translate business requirements into technical deliverables with clear roadmaps.
• Manage risks and address project challenges proactively.
• Frontend Development Expertise:
• Design and develop user-friendly web interfaces using ReactJS, Redux, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Optimize frontend performance and scalability.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in frontend development.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:
• Act as a key point of contact for project-related discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Present technical ideas and solutions clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and updates effectively to all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development with ReactJS.
• Proven track record of managing and leading teams/projects independently.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with responsive design, browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with tools like Webpack, Babel, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of backend integration (Node.js, APIs) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
