React.js / Full Stack MERN Developer (Project Coordinator)

Calicut, Kerala (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using React.js / MERN stack.

• Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from start to delivery.

• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and task breakdowns.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Conduct daily/weekly team stand-ups and progress reviews.

• Ensure deadlines and deliverables are met with high quality.

• Provide technical guidance to junior developers when needed.

• Report directly to management with project status updates.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience in React.js / MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

• Proven experience in project planning and coordination.

• Good understanding of Agile methodologies.

• Ability to prepare project documentation, timelines, and reports.

• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

• Excellent communication skills in Malayalam & English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience as React.js or Full Stack MERN Developer.

• Experience in leading or coordinating development teams.

• Based in Calicut or willing to relocate.
