You'll craft modern, responsive web applications that power business solutions for our diverse clientele. As a ReactJS Frontend Developer at Techseria, you'll transform creative designs into seamless, high-performance web interfaces using cutting-edge technologies. Working in our collaborative environment, you'll contribute to projects that span multiple industries, helping businesses create compelling digital experiences for their customers. We're looking for developers with 1-4 years of React experience who are excited about frontend technologies and eager to grow their expertise in modern web development. This is a work-from-office position where you'll collaborate with designers, backend developers, and project managers to bring innovative web solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build responsive, interactive web applications using ReactJS, implementing component-based architecture and modern JavaScript features to create scalable and maintainable frontend solutions.
  • Convert design mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive user interfaces using React components, CSS frameworks, and modern styling approaches while ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
  • Implement efficient state management using Redux, Context API, or Zustand, integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints, and manage application data flow effectively.
  • Optimize application performance through code splitting, lazy loading, and bundle optimization while implementing unit tests and ensuring applications meet performance benchmarks.
  • Work closely with design and backend teams, participate in code reviews, follow best practices for clean code, and contribute to maintaining high development standards across projects.
  • Ensure applications work seamlessly across different browsers and devices, implement accessibility standards (WCAG), and optimize user experience for diverse user needs.

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of hands-on React development experience with strong understanding of JavaScript ES6+, JSX, component lifecycle, hooks, and modern React patterns and best practices.
  • Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design principles, and experience with CSS preprocessors (Sass/Less) or CSS-in-JS libraries like Styled Components or Emotion.
  • Proficiency in implementing state management solutions such as Redux, Context API, or modern alternatives like Zustand, with understanding of when to use different approaches.
  • Experience with modern frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite), package managers (npm/yarn), version control (Git), and development environments including debugging and testing tools.
  • Strong experience working with RESTful APIs, handling HTTP requests using Axios or Fetch API, managing asynchronous operations, and understanding of promise-based programming.
  • Excellent debugging skills, ability to troubleshoot complex frontend issues, and enthusiasm for staying updated with latest React features and frontend development trends.
