Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled

React & Next.js Developer

to take ownership of developing, enhancing, and customizing features on the SourcingScreen platform. You will collaborate closely with the product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance the SourcingScreen platform using React.js and Next.js.
  • Implement new features and customize existing ones based on business needs.
  • Optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and security.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and work closely with backend developers.
  • Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, interactive web pages.
  • Debug, test, and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with product managers to understand requirements and deliver on timelines.
  • Stay updated on the latest front-end trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Next.js.
  • Experience with TypeScript is a plus.
  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, TailwindCSS or other modern CSS frameworks.
  • Experience with API integration (REST/GraphQL).
  • Strong understanding of SSR (Server Side Rendering) and SSG (Static Site Generation) in Next.js.
  • Familiarity with Git version control and collaborative workflows (GitHub/GitLab).
  • Knowledge of performance optimization and SEO best practices for Next.js.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
