Job Title: React Native Developer (LGBTQ+ Only) Location: Onsite – H-70, 2nd Floor, Sector-63, Noida, U.P -201301 Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 4–5 Years CTC: As per industry standards Joining: Immediate About the Role: We are actively looking for a talented React Native Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience to join our mobile development team. This role is exclusively open to individuals from the LGBTQ+ community as part of our commitment to building a more diverse and inclusive workplace. As a React Native Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality, scalable, and visually appealing mobile solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design and build advanced applications using React Native. Create pixel-perfect, responsive UI across mobile platforms. Integrate third-party APIs and backend services. Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve performance issues and bugs. Write clean, reusable, and efficient code. Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers. Participate in code reviews and help maintain coding standards. Required Skills & Qualifications 4–5 years of professional experience in React Native mobile development. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and React Native. Familiar with Redux, Axios, Firebase, and other popular libraries. Experience with mobile build tools (Xcode, Android Studio). Understanding of RESTful APIs and data formats like JSON. Experience with Git version control. Proven ability to debug and resolve development issues. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Experience with TypeScript. Basic understanding of native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C). Experience with Expo or EAS. Exposure to CI/CD tools and workflows. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Passion for learning and personal growth.
