Lead the design process from concept to execution for web, mobile, and digital platforms. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for websites and applications. Develop intuitive UI designs that enhance user experience and meet business goals. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into creative solutions. Design impactful graphics, illustrations, and marketing collateral that align with brand guidelines. Ensure design consistency across all digital touchpoints, maintaining high visual and usability standards. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX and graphic design. Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design standards and creative processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX and Graphic Design roles. Strong portfolio showcasing both UI/UX projects and graphic design work. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.). Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
