About the Role

We are looking for a skilled React Native Developer to join our software development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building high-quality mobile applications, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to remote collaboration.

You will work closely with our design and backend teams to create seamless, scalable, and performance-driven mobile solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver high-quality features.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code with proper documentation.
• Debug and resolve performance issues, ensuring smooth app functionality.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Manage time effectively and deliver results in a remote and collaborative environment.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of professional experience in React Native development.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Redux, REST APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with Android and iOS build processes and deployment.
• Knowledge of mobile app performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and proactive communication in a distributed setup.

Tools & Collaboration Skills

• Proficient with:
• Slack, ClickUp, Coda, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
• Comfortable with both asynchronous and synchronous collaboration methods.
