React JS Developer

We are looking for a talented React.js Developer to join our growing development team. If you are passionate about building dynamic and responsive web applications using React, we would love to have you on board. This position is ideal for 1 to 2 years of experience in React.js who are eager to learn, collaborate, and grow with a creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Web Applications: Design and implement highly interactive user interfaces using React.js.
• Collaborate: Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless and efficient web applications.
• Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and reusable code to optimize the application performance.
• Component Development: Create and manage React components, hooks, and integrate APIs.
• Bug Fixing: Debug and troubleshoot issues reported by the team or users.
• Code Testing: Write unit tests and conduct testing to ensure the application meets the required standards.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in React development.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Freshers to 1.5 years of hands-on experience with React.js.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ES6+.
• Familiarity with React.js and its core principles.
• Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
• Understanding of React hooks (useState, useEffect, useContext, etc.).
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and pre-processors like SASS or LESS.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON for data integration.
• Experience with Git for version control.
• Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and solve complex issues with innovative solutions.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate well with team members and stakeholders.
• Communication: Good communication skills to convey ideas and progress clearly.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with UI frameworks like Bootstrap or Material-UI.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.
• Experience with API integration (REST, GraphQL).
• Exposure to TypeScript.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Redux-Saga or Redux-Thunk for handling side effects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
