Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented React Developer (UI-Focused) with 2+ years of hands-on experience in building interactive, responsive, and visually appealing web applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and UI libraries, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality front-end interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Translate UI/UX wireframes and designs into responsive, user-friendly web pages.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across various web-capable devices and browsers.
• Implement reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Debug and resolve UI performance issues, ensuring pixel-perfect designs.
• Stay updated with emerging UI/UX and front-end technologies.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of proven experience as a React Developer in a professional environment.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with UI frameworks/libraries such as Material UI, Bootstrap, or Tailwind CSS.
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture, state management (Redux/Context API), and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with version control systems like Git and build tools like Webpack/Vite.
• Ability to transform design mockups (Figma/Adobe XD) into high-quality front-end code.
• Excellent attention to detail, UI precision, and cross-browser compatibility.

Bonus Points For:

• Knowledge of TypeScript and Next.js.
• Experience integrating APIs or working closely with backend teams (Node.js preferred).
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and accessibility standards.
• Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Experience in deploying React apps to hosting platforms (Vercel, AWS, Netlify).
