React Developer

Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior React Developer with 8–10 years of professional experience to lead and

architect high-quality, scalable, and accessible front-end applications. The ideal candidate has

deep expertise in modern React (Hooks, Context, functional components), TypeScript, advanced

state management, testing strategies, performance optimization, and CI/CD practices. You will

provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate closely with product,

design, and backend teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead architectural decisions for front-end applications ensuring scalability and

maintainability.

* Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers; conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.

* Drive best practices in coding standards, testing, and deployment strategies.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and align with business

objectives.

* Oversee CI/CD pipeline improvements and ensure robust release management processes.

* Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance application performance and

developer productivity.

* Design, develop, and maintain responsive front-end features using React and TypeScript.

* Ensure accessibility (WCAG) standards and performance optimization across applications.

Required Qualifications & Skills

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

* 8–10 years of front-end development experience with at least 5 years focused on React.

* Proven experience in leading teams and delivering complex projects in an enterprise

environment.

* Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

* Deep understanding of React Hooks, Context, and advanced component patterns.

* Hands-on experience with advanced CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

* Ability to influence technical decisions and drive innovation across teams.

* Experience with state management (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or similar).

* Testing expertise: Jest, React Testing Library; familiarity with E2E tools (Cypress or

Playwright).

Nice-to-Have

* Experience with Azure services for front-end hosting and CI/CD.

* Knowledge of micro frontends, Module Federation, or monorepo tooling.

* Design systems experience (Fluent UI, Material UI, Chakra) and Storybook.

* GraphQL experience and client-side caching strategies.

* Security awareness (OWASP Top 10 for web, CSP, XSS mitigation).
