Job Description

motivated and detail-oriented R&D Technician

hands-on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cell testing including electrochemical cycling and performance evaluations of pouch and coin cells.
Prepare electrolytes with accurate measurement and mixing of components.
Support preparation and characterization of anode and cathode materials.
Perform tab welding for cell assembly ensuring quality and safety.
Operate and maintain battery testing equipment and analytical instruments (GC/GCMS).
Follow SOPs and safety guidelines for handling chemicals and materials.
Record, analyze, and report experimental data.
Collaborate with R&D engineers on ongoing projects.

Qualifications:

M.Sc. in
Chemistry
or
B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
.
0–2 years of experience in
battery R&D
,
electrochemistry
, or
material testing
.
Exposure to
cell fabrication
,
electrolyte formulation
, and
battery characterization tools
.
Good understanding of GC/GCMS, data analysis, and lab documentation.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Salary:
