R&D Project Manager - Bushings

As a project manager in R&D for developing new products or technologies in transformer bushings, you will play a lead role in project management. Your responsibilities will include project handover and ensuring the meeting of deliverables in each stage of the project lifecycle. It will be crucial for you to identify resource requirements, organize the project team, develop project schedules, monitor project status, and ensure timely completion within the allocated budget. - Understand the project objective, scope, resources, budget, and timeline - Conduct project planning, risk assessment, budget estimation, data management, and technology transfer - Organize the project team, assign responsibilities, and establish/maintain relationships with stakeholders - Coordinate regularly with different teams, reviewers, stakeholders, and global product group managers - Monitor project activities, update project status, escalate problems, present deliverables, and outcomes - Maintain relevant project documents for assessment, review, and project handover - Guide, motivate, and encourage the project team for the timely completion of the project - Bachelors degree in electrical or mechanical engineering - 5+ years of experience in project management - Strong technical knowledge of transformer bushings or relevant electrical/high voltage products - Knowledge of product development, product lifecycle management, and customer relationship management - Understanding of contractual, legal, commercial, and financial aspects of business - Strong interpersonal, organizational, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and training is an asset - Proficiency in both spoken and written English language is required,
