Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated R&D proffessional to join our team at DP Cocoa, based in Aruduru, Near Sri city, Andhra Pradesh. The person will be responsible for New product development, Product improvement, recipe development, process reliability study in manufacturing process.

Your Tasks

Drive the process and product development, upscaling of Cocoa processing, leading their implementation within our production network.
Support continuous improvement projects across our factories e.g., cycle time, quality, efficiency etc. Conduct process study, development of product, recipe, process parameters. Experience in cocoa processing, chocolate manufacturing will have advantage. Identification and detailed analysis of gaps in the processes and their mitigation using RCA, FMEA and other problem-solving tools Drive statistical experimental design / process control using appropriate tools e.g., DOE As a process core team member, highlight risks and provide mitigation measures ensuring smooth execution.
