Website: www.dpchocolates.com Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated R&D proffessional to join our team at DP Cocoa, based in Aruduru, Near Sri city, Andhra Pradesh. The person will be responsible for New product development, Product improvement, recipe development, process reliability study in manufacturing process. Your Tasks Drive the process and product development, upscaling of Cocoa processing, leading their implementation within our production network. Support continuous improvement projects across our factories e.g., cycle time, quality, efficiency etc. Conduct process study, development of product, recipe, process parameters. Experience in cocoa processing, chocolate manufacturing will have advantage. Identification and detailed analysis of gaps in the processes and their mitigation using RCA, FMEA and other problem-solving tools Drive statistical experimental design / process control using appropriate tools e.g., DOE As a process core team member, highlight risks and provide mitigation measures ensuring smooth execution. Close coordination with cross functions such as R&D, manufacturing, food safety & microbiology department. Your Profile B.Tech / M.Tech in Chemical Engineering and equivalent. 3-7 years of experience in R&D for product and process development, technology transfer in Food or FMCG industry. Good knowledge of GMP standards for food product manufacturing. Expertise in food product manufacturing process, formula ingredients, their chemistry & process, equipment. Experience in Cocoa processing and chocolate manufacturing will have advantage, Strong ability to navigate in ambiguous environment driving cross functional concurrence.
