Job Description

We are seeking an experienced R&D Manager in the Polymer Industry to lead our research and development initiatives in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in polymer science and a proven track record of managing successful R&D projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage R&D projects focused on the development of new polymer materials and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between R&D and production requirements.
  • Conduct experiments and analyze data to drive innovation in polymer applications.
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in polymer technology.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8-13 years of experience in R&D within the polymer industry.
  • Strong background in polymer synthesis and characterization techniques.
  • Proficiency in analytical techniques such as NMR, GPC, FTIR, and DSC.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey technical information effectively.
