Job Description

Project Leadership: Leads and manages R&D projects from concept to commercialization, including planning, execution, and resource allocation. Team Management: Oversees and supports a team of scientists, researchers, supervisor providing guidance and mentorship. Strategic Planning: Develops and implements R&D strategies aligned with company goals and market needs, ensuring projects meet strategic objectives. Innovation and Trend Monitoring: Identifies emerging trends, assesses new technologies, and explores opportunities for innovation. Budget and Resource Management: Manages budgets, resources, and timelines for R&D projects to ensure successful delivery. Collaboration: Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and sales, to bring new products to market. Reporting and Documentation: Prepares and presents reports on R&D activities, progress, and outcomes to senior management, ensuring proper documentation of research activities. Regulatory Compliance: Ensures that all R&D activities comply with relevant industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols. Intellectual Property: Oversees the protection of intellectual property and ensures regulatory compliance, including documenting research activities. Training and Development: Develops and implements training programs to enhance employee performance and skill development.
