Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and analytical R&D Executive to support research and development efforts across various social initiatives and operational areas. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in research, data analysis, proposal development, and an understanding of the social sector.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct research and analysis on social development trends, impact models, and sector-specific innovations.
Identify new areas of development and propose strategies for enhancing the organization’s programs.
Support impact assessment, data collection, and report generation for ongoing projects.
Collaborate with program teams to evaluate existing services and recommend improvements.
Maintain and update a repository of research materials, case studies, and success stories.
Track government schemes, CSR trends, and grant opportunities relevant to the organization's mission.
Contribute to internal presentations, donor reports, and development communications.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Public Policy, Development Studies, Statistics, or related field.
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in research, program development, or social sector analytics.
Strong analytical, writing, and documentation skills.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with surveys, data analysis tools, and impact measurement frameworks is a plus.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
