Job Title: R&D Engineer – Product Development (Mechanical Design)
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan |Experience: 2–5 Years Industry: Mechanical / Product DevelopmentRole Overview: We are seeking a skilled R&D Engineer with a mechanical design background to lead product development from concept to production. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in mechanical systems, CAD tools, and end-to-end product lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:
* Drive complete product development: concept, design, prototyping, testing, and production.* Prepare 3D models, technical drawings, and BOMs using SolidWorks/AutoCAD.* Conduct mechanical analysis and validation.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution.* Optimize designs for performance, cost, and manufacturability.* Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.

Requirements: * B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
* 2+ years in R&D or mechanical product development.* Proficiency in CAD software and design tools.* Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and testing.* Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
