Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the billing team, ensuring efficiency and task allocation.
• Ensure high-quality, accurate billing and follow up on any issues.
• Audit processes for compliance and performance.
• Collaborate with other RCM teams (Payment Posting, AR, Coding) to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead quality improvement efforts and provide feedback to the team.
• Prepare performance reports and track KPIs.
• Evaluate team performance and provide training or support.
• Resolve issues and escalate when necessary.
• Respond to clinician queries regarding billing.
• Foster teamwork and communication within the team.

Qualifications:

• 0.6-1 Years' Experience working as a RCM medical billing or medical billing is required.
• Experience with patient billing issues
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,910.60 - ₹32,855.85 per month
