Job Description

R&C Lab Assistant

R&C Lab Operation
R&C Documentation and Customer correspondence.
Maintaining Spare stock and yearly spares order.
Inspection report and Quote submission to customers.
PO acknowledgement and Order Booking in Sales Force.
Advance Planning for Calibration reminders to existing and New Customer.
Telephonically and Mail follow up after instrument repair and calibration
Timely completion of Task assigned by Superior
Making Quarterly, Half Yearly and Yearly report preparation for Revenue generation and new Ideas for growth of R&C business.
Timely learning from Foreign Counter Part and making case study for repair.
Packaging of Instrument and track record for shipping made to customer, foreign counter part and Inter Office.
Timely calibration of Master Test and Measurement tool from Accredited NABL Lab for traceability.
Maintenance-

Knowledge of Electromechanical System and Troubleshooting and Calibration.
Knowledge of Electrical Component and Test and Measurement tool.
Understanding of Uniaxial, Triaxial and wireless Accelerometer working.
Intermediate level of Understanding of Data Acquisition System.
Understanding of Pressure, Temperature, RPM and Oil Parameter process sensor.
