Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team at AlgoLEAP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering and a passion for delivering high-quality products.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure product quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Conduct thorough analysis of test results and recommend process improvements.
Design and execute automated testing scripts to enhance efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of test cases, results, and defect reports.
Identify areas for improvement in the development process and implement changes.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance.
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and technologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
