Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Regional Coordinator - RFR to join our team at Axis Bank Limited The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of banking experience and a graduation degree, with excellent operational skills and the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Roles and Responsibility

Track business performance and provide insights for regular monitoring across branches, clusters, and circles
Monitor portfolio quality and manage CRM lead management to ensure high standards of integrity
Assist the Regional Head with manpower tracking and recruitments to build a strong sales team
Publish dashboards to increase activation levels among branches and resources across all segments
Execute RNR events complying with bank norms and track progress on campaigns and recognition programs
Provide assistance in skill upgradation, mandatory learning module completion, and organizing training for the Sales Team

Job Requirements

Large team management and multitasking skills are essential
Good communication skills in both English and the local language are required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary
Ability to work successfully as part of a team and meet deadlines is crucial
Good presentation skills and high standards of integrity are expected
Stakeholder management skills are important
