RB-LS: Assistant Manager Sales - Corporate Salary Relationship

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Manager Sales to join our team in the Corporate Salary Relationship department The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the ficial services industry

• Identify and build new relationships with corporate clients to increase business opportunities
• Manage existing corporate customer relationships to enhance their value
• Achieve monthly sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion strategies
• Conduct market enhancement activities within corporates to boost business growth
• Record and track all engagement activities using CRM software
• Ensure compliance with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the ficial services sector

• Graduation from a recognized institute is required
• Possess good communication skills in both English and the local language, along with excellent verbal and written abilities
• Demonstrate strong lead generation and conversion skills, with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a high sales orientation to consistently meet targets
• Proficiency in handling queries and providing exceptional customer service is essential
• Familiarity with CRM software and its applications in sales management is necessary

The Liability Sales department focuses on liability acquisition, assets, and retail forex business for the bank The department drives business from over 2700 branches and is responsible for sourcing retail and corporate deposits, salary and non-salary accounts, trust accounts, and forex business to increase the retail book of the bank
