RB-LS:Business Development Manager - Corporate Salary Relationship

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Axis Bank Limited The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development

• Identify and build new relationships with corporate clients to increase the bank's customer base
• Manage existing corporate customer relationships to enhance their value
• Achieve monthly sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion strategies
• Conduct market enhancement activities within corporates to boost business growth
• Record and track all engagement activities using CRM software
• Ensure compliance with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the ficial services industry
• Maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty by managing key existing relationships
• Increase market share of products in the region

• A graduate degree with less than 10 years of experience or an MBA with minimum 3 years of experience is required
• Possess good communication skills in both English and the local language, along with excellent verbal and written abilities
• Demonstrate strong lead generation and conversion skills, with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with high sales orientation to consistently meet targets
• Exhibit good presentation skills and maintain high standards of integrity
• Have knowledge of market and competition trends
