Industry: Ayurveda / Herbal / Pharma Manufacturing

Experience: 3-7 years (Pharma or ayurvedic background)

Job Description:

• Operate machinery and oversee Ras Rasayan production processes.
• Ensure quality standards, GMP compliance in manufacturing.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet targets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning – execute and monitor daily/weekly manufacturing schedules.
• Yield Calculation – track input-output ratios for efficiency.
• Manpower Management – allocate and supervise workers effectively.
• Wastage Reduction – minimize process loss and improve utilization.
• Kaizen Implementation – drive continuous process improvement.
• ERP Handling – manage production entries and reports in ERP systems.
• GMP & Safety Compliance – follow guidelines for safe and compliant production.

• Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Medicine or related field is preferred
