Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for radio advertising.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients across sectors.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Client Relationship Management

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with advertisers, agencies, and corporate clients.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored advertising solutions.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

• Campaign Management

• Collaborate with programming and creative teams to design effective radio campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with reports and insights.
• Ensure timely delivery and execution of advertising commitments.

• Market Research & Strategy

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Provide feedback to management on client preferences and market demands.
• Contribute to sales strategies and promotional initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 35+ years of experience in media sales, preferably radio, TV, or digital advertising.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of the UAE/Dubai advertising market is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
