Role & responsibilities Role Overview Responsible for overseeing all quantity surveying, billing, and cost control functions for high-rise residential and commercial projects. Ensure accurate estimation, timely billing, cost monitoring, and compliance with contractual and statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities 1. Quantity Surveying & Estimation Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) , cost estimates, and rate analysis for high-rise projects. Conduct material take-offs from drawings and site measurements. Attend client meetings for bill certification, dispute resolution, and progress reviews.
