Experience & Salary:

• 6+ Years:

• Immediate Joiners Only

• Education:

  CA (Any qualification level) – Mandatory

Job Responsibilities:

R2R activities

• Lead & manage the team for R2R operations

first-level escalation point

Journal Entries (JEs)

• Deploy & monitor process controls, quality checks, and risk mitigation plans

process transformation initiatives

• Motivate the team to achieve and exceed SLAs

• Track and report service level metrics

Required Skills & Experience:

CA-qualified / CA-inter

• Strong team leadership & motivational abilities

• Expertise in performance tracking, reporting, and driving improvement

• Excellent analytical & aptitude skills

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
