Job Description

13-15 years of experience in the Electronics / Electromechanical domain, specializing in sourcing and vendor development within EMS, Automotive, Telecom industries.
Location: Manesar, Chennai
Own the quote governance process end-to-end and drive quoting strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead team of quote analysts/managers; assign priorities and monitor performance.
Leadership in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.
Ensure pricing competitiveness, margin visibility, and alignment with customer expectations.
Lead engagement with key suppliers for price benchmarking / negotiations to meet our BOM cost targets.
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and procurement team for consolidated cost proposals and achieve targets.
Drive digital quoting tools, automation initiatives, and analytics-driven reporting.
Present quote trends, win/loss analysis, and continuous improvement plans to leadership team.
Required in-depth knowledge of electronics components and commodities, and supplier ecosystem.
