Quotation Executive

As a Quotation Executive in the fire and safety services team, your role involves preparing accurate and timely quotations for fire safety equipment and services. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements by collaborating with internal departments, vendors, and clients to deliver competitive and precise proposals. Key Responsibilities: - Quotation Preparation: Develop detailed quotations for fire safety products and services based on client specifications. - Client Communication: Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide timely updates on quotation statuses. - Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to obtain pricing and technical information while ensuring compliance with safety standards. - Internal Collaboration: Work closely with sales, procurement, and technical teams to gather necessary information for the quotation process. - Pricing Strategy: Apply company pricing policies to ensure profitability while remaining competitive. - Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all quotations, client communications, and related documents. - Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings. - Compliance Assurance: Ensure all quotations comply with relevant fire safety regulations and standards. Qualifications Required: - Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Technical skills: Proficiency in Tally, Excel. - Analytical and problem-solving skills. - Customer Focus: Commitment to providing exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.
