Key Responsibilities: - Project management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of MEP systems, including planning, execution, monitoring, and handover. - Technical oversight: Ensure all designs and installations meet industry standards, building codes, and project specifications. - Coordination: Liaise with architects, contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems. - Budget and resource management: Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources for the MEP scope. - Quality and compliance: Implement and monitor quality assurance processes, and conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. - Risk management: Identify and mitigate risks that may arise during the project. - Documentation: Prepare and present project reports and documentation. Responsibilities: Conceptualize and create compelling visuals that align with brand guidelines and project requirements. Design and produce a wide range of materials including advertisements, brochures, posters, digital assets, presentations, and more. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project objectives and translate them into creative designs. Ensure consistency of brand identity and messaging across all design projects. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and apply them effectively. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into the final design. Create 2D and/or 3D animations based on project requirements and creative briefs. Develop storyboards and animatics to visualize key scenes and sequences. Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and other artists to ensure animation meets artistic and technical standards. Incorporate feedback and revisions throughout the production process. Stay updated with industry trends and techniques in animation. Solve technical challenges related to animation and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Requirements: Proven experience as an Animator or similar role with a strong portfolio of animated work. Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Autodesk Maya, or similar programs. Solid understanding of animation principles, character animation, and storytelling. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to take direction well. Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio of creative work. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (preferred).
