As we grow, we are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance function and contribute to the company’s long-term success.

Job Summary

The CFO will be responsible for managing the financial actions of the company, including budgeting, financial planning, reporting, cash flow management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep financial expertise, and experience in the industrial services or fire and safety sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Manage accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial health.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and tax regulations.
• Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.
• Support strategic business decisions with financial insights.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to maintain a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with external auditors, investors, and stakeholders.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• CA, CPA, or MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in budgeting, financial modeling, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
• Experience in the fire and safety industry or similar service-based industry (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
