2. Safety and Compliance Leadership

The CEO ensures strict compliance with national and international fire safety standards and regulatory requirements, including NFPA codes and relevant statutory norms. They assess and manage the company’s risk profile and maintain strong internal controls related to safety and quality.

3. Operational Oversight

The CEO oversees all business operations—including the manufacturing of fire safety equipment, installation services, audits, and consulting.
