Job Description:

We are looking for a Quotation Executive Individual Health Insurance to handle health insurance quotations, policy comparisons, and support sales closures. The candidate should have good knowledge of individual health insurance products and strong coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and share individual health insurance quotations as per customer requirements

Compare health insurance plans across multiple insurers (sum insured, benefits, premium, T&C)

Coordinate with sales team, insurers, and underwriting teams for

Follow up on quotations to support policy conversion

Handle customer queries related to premium, coverage, waiting periods, and policy terms

Ensure timely turnaround and accuracy of quotations

Maintain records of quotations, insurer communication, and MIS

Assist in proposal form processing and documentation, if required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline

14 years of experience in individual health insurance quotation / operations

Strong knowledge of health insurance products (Individual & Family Floater)

Experience working with multiple insurers (Star, HDFC Ergo, Niva Bupa, Care, ICICI Lombard, etc.)

Good communication and coordination skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and insurance portals

Ability to manage multiple quotations simultaneously

Understanding of underwriting guidelines
