Key Responsibilities Run and optimize paid campaigns on Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, and Swiggy Instamart. Plan, execute, and monitor platform promotions, including flash deals, combo offers, coupons, and banner ads. Analyze platform data and campaign reports to ensure maximum ROI and improve ROAS. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, category) to execute campaign assets and timelines. Track competitor activity on quick commerce platforms and suggest counter-strategies. Manage platform budgets and provide weekly performance dashboards. Liaise with platform account managers to secure visibility slots and optimize presence. Stay up to date with new platform features, algorithm updates, and consumer behavior trends. Key Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in ad running or performance marketing on quick commerce platforms (mandatory). In-depth knowledge of platform tools for Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, etc. Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and reporting dashboards. ROI-driven mindset with a solid grasp of digital campaign metrics (ROAS, CPC, CTR, etc.). Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
