About the Role: We’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated Product Manager to lead our eCommerce product strategy. This role demands a strong understanding of Shopify , eCommerce flows, and a user-centric mindset. You'll be the bridge between business goals, tech capabilities, and customer needs—owning product roadmaps and driving high-impact initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Own and manage the entire eCommerce product lifecycle—from roadmap planning to go-live. Work closely with design, tech, growth, and customer experience teams to develop new features and optimize existing journeys. Build and maintain a high-performance Shopify storefront (customizations, integrations, performance tracking, etc.). Translate business needs into clear product specs and user stories. Leverage data and user feedback to improve conversions, retention, and customer satisfaction. Lead A/B testing initiatives and continuously iterate based on insights. Ensure flawless UX across desktop and mobile platforms. Requirements: 6+ years of experience in eCommerce product management, preferably in a D2C environment. Strong expertise in Shopify —storefront, apps, backend workflows, and custom integrations. A sharp eye for UX/UI with a data-first mindset. Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, or similar. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver on tight timelines. Good to Have: Experience working in a high-growth startup or with beauty/wellness brands.
