About The Opportunity

A deep‑tech company operating in the quantum computing hardware and quantum sensing sector, focused on developing and maturing next‑generation quantum devices and scalable qubit platforms for commercial systems. The team translates physics-driven device concepts into repeatable, manufacturable hardware and measurement workflows that deliver high‑fidelity qubits and robust cryogenic performance.We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quantum Error Correction Scientist to join our cutting-edge research and development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantum error-correcting protocols with a particular focus on fully fault-tolerant and scalable implementations of quantum processors. This role involves creating blueprints and strategies for next-generation quantum computers and filing patents.

Requirements

  • MSc/M.Tech/PhD Degree in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field with a focus on quantum mechanics or quantum technology.
  • Deep understanding of quantum computation and quantum information, in particular experience with quantum error correction codes e.g., Quantum LDPC and surface codes.
  • Knowledge of noise-biased hardware platforms, e.g. bosonic codes
  • Experience with additional error protection schemes, such as dynamical decoupling and/or quantum error mitigation.
  • Proven track record of successful projects and publications in peer-reviewed journals in the field of quantum technology.
  • Experience with data analysis software and programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or similar tools.
  • Experience in writing analysis reports to help the definition of DoE and improvement plan for experimentation plan is a plus.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Should be a good team player.
