A growing leader in the Industrial IoT & Embedded Systems sector, building compact, reliable electronics for commercial and industrial product lines. We design end-to-end embedded solutions—hardware, firmware and production-ready electronics—focused on quality, manufacturability and field reliability.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead mixed-signal PCB design from schematic capture to layout, prototype iteration, and production handoff with DFM/DFX compliance.
- Architect and validate power-delivery systems and analog front-ends; perform SPICE simulations and power-integrity checks to meet performance and thermal targets.
- Execute prototype bring-up and field debugging using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers and protocol analyzers; diagnose root causes and implement robust fixes.
- Design and verify digital interfaces and timing (clocks, ADC/DAC, high-speed interfaces); apply signal-integrity and impedance-control practices where required.
- Prepare and manage BOMs, perform component selection and cost/supply optimization; collaborate with vendors for prototypes and production runs.
- Produce and maintain clear hardware documentation, lead design reviews, and support EMI/EMC and safety certification activities during production transfer.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electronics/Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with 3+ years hands-on hardware design experience.
- Proven experience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools (Altium, OrCAD, Mentor), plus SPICE/circuit simulation skills.
- Strong analog & digital circuit design expertise: power supplies, ADC/DAC interfaces, clocking and signal conditioning.
- Hands-on prototype bring-up and debugging using lab instruments (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, power supplies).
- Experience creating BOMs, selecting components, and applying RoHS, EMI/EMC basics and DFM principles for manufacturability.
- Clear technical documentation skills and proven experience with production transfers and cross-functional design reviews.
Preferred
- Experience with high-speed PCB design, impedance-controlled routing and signal/power-integrity analysis.
- Familiarity with FPGA/SoC integration, JTAG, hardware-software co-debugging and embedded interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, USB, Ethernet).
- Exposure to certification processes (CE/FCC), supplier management and quality systems in India-based manufacturing.
Benefits & Culture Highlights
- Product-focused engineering culture offering end-to-end ownership from prototype to mass production.
- Collaborative, hands-on team environment emphasizing rapid iteration, practical problem solving and mentorship.
- Competitive compensation, clear growth paths and opportunities to ship commercially deployed embedded systems.
