**Position:** Quantity surveyor(Full Time) - GCC Experience

**Location:** Ambattur OT, Chennai – 600053, Tamil Nadu, India

** Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Estimation and Budgeting:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for various construction projects including buildings, infrastructure, and civil engineering works.
• Analyze and evaluate project specifications and requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Tendering and Bid Evaluation:
• Participate in the preparation and evaluation of tender documents, bills of quantities, and contract documents.
• Assess and evaluate bids to ensure they meet project specifications and requirements.
• Contract Administration:
• Manage and monitor project costs to ensure projects are completed within budget.
• Prepare and process payments for contractors and suppliers.
• Handle contract administration, including the management of variations, claims, and disputes.
• Cost Control and Reporting:
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to contract specifications.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all project activities, costs, and changes.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on project status and financial performance.
• Collaboration and Compliance:
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.

- **Qualifications:**

· Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

**Salary Package:**

- Competitive salary package of 480,000 to 720,000 lakh per annum.
