Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor, located in Nashik. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. Day-to-day tasks will include preparing cost estimates, budgets, valuations, managing procurement processes, assessing and analyzing cost impacts of design changes, and preparing reports. The Quantity Surveyor will also be involved in ensuring legal and regulatory compliance and providing advice on contractual claims.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and valuations
• Skills in managing procurement processes and contracts
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance in the construction industry
• Proficiency in analyzing cost impacts of design changes and preparing financial reports
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Professional certification or membership in a recognized Quantity Surveying body is a plus
