Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role based in Jamnagar. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing and reporting costs, and ensuring cost control in construction projects. The role involves supporting the planning and execution of cost management strategies, preparing cost reports, and optimizing project budgets to ensure compliance with financial goals and timelines.

Qualifications

Expertise in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
Ability to prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
Experience in Cost Reporting to ensure project transparency and compliance
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams
Proficiency in relevant software tools for cost and project management
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
Professional certification in Quantity Surveying is desirable
