Job Description

You will be responsible for Quantity Surveyor (Civil Construction) duties including cost management, budgeting, tendering, procurement, contract administration, reporting, and communication. Your tasks will involve preparing project cost estimates, monitoring and controlling budgets, evaluating tender documents, negotiating contracts, reviewing contract documents, and preparing financial statements. Additionally, you will need to possess strong analytical and numerical skills, excellent knowledge of construction costs and materials, proficiency in industry-standard software, effective communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in quantity surveying in the construction industry. Professional certifications such as RICS or CIOB are desirable but not mandatory. The salary ranges from 22K-25K (Gross) / Month for Diploma holders and 40K-45K (Gross) / Month for B.E. / B.Tech. holders. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, provident fund, shift allowance, yearly bonus, and the work location is in person.,
