We are currently looking to strengthen our team with a skilled Quantity Surveyor specializing in BOQ preparation and cost estimation based in South Delhi.

Role Overview:

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates to support project budgeting, procurement, and overall cost management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in quantity surveying and strong knowledge of construction materials and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and precise Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for various construction and architectural projects.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to calculate material and labor quantities.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure estimates are aligned with project requirements.
• Support procurement and vendor negotiations through cost estimation data.
• Maintain organized records of cost data and project documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in quantity surveying and BOQ estimation for construction projects.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with estimation software/tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related fields is preferred.
