Striving for client and stakeholder satisfaction is a cornerstone of their operations. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor (Quanti) located in Chennai. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. This includes cost estimation, budgeting, contract administration, and procurement. The Quantity Surveyor will also conduct feasibility studies, prepare detailed reports, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Qualifications Proficiency in cost estimation and budgeting Experience with contract administration and procurement Strong analytical and mathematical skills Knowledge of construction methods and materials Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred Show more Show less
