Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Quantity Take-offs: Accurately measure quantities of materials from construction drawings using specialized software to create detailed bills of quantities. Cost Estimations: Assist in preparing cost estimates for projects based on bill of quantities, market rates, and project specifications. Budget Tracking: Monitor project costs against approved budgets, identifying potential cost variations and reporting to senior staff. • Contract Administration : Support contract management by reviewing contractor invoices, managing variations orders, and ensuring compliance with contract terms. • Document Control : Organize and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence. • Site Visits : Regularly visit construction sites to verify quantities, identify potential issues, and update project records. • Data Analysis: Analyze cost data to identify trends and provide insights for project optimization. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) Basic knowledge of Precast construction and element preferred but not mandatory Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Good communication and teamwork skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): How much do you rate yourself in Excel from 1 - 5?
