Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in South Delhi. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing construction costs from initial estimates to final figures. Specific tasks include preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), cost planning, cost control, cost management, and reporting. This role requires a keen eye for detail, collaborative teamwork, and ensuring financial efficiency at every project stage.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cost Control and Cost Management to ensure financial efficiency and optimization.
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and delivering accurate cost planning.
• Competence in cost reporting and providing detailed project financial documentation.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams.
• Knowledge of applicable construction standards and codes is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with project management tools and cost estimation software is desirable.
