Quality Test Engineer

Position Title: Quality Engineer – Automation + Manual Tester

Primary Skills: Playwright (C# or Javascript) Selenium , xUnit, Allure Report, Page Object Model (POM), .NET, C#, Database Queries, Manual Testing

Secondary Skills: Git, Jira

Experience: 5+ years in QA / Product Testing

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, refine acceptance criteria, and prioritize testing based on business impact and risk.
• Design and execute functional, regression, integration, and exploratory test scenarios ensuring end-to-end coverage.
• Develop and maintain Playwright automation scripts (C#/JavaScript) using POM, xUnit, and Allure for regression validation.
• Identify, document, and track defects; perform RCA and recommend preventive measures.
• Prepare test plans, estimates, RTMs, and test summary reports while adhering to testing standards and processes.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX, and Developers, acting as an expert user to identify risks and usability gaps.
• Track and report quality metrics, drive continuous improvements, and contribute to best practices and knowledge sharing.
